Distribution of Php 6,000 allowance to graduating City Scholars for the 2nd semester, funded through the GAD program.City Councilor Eric “Owen” Singson and SK Federated President Jan Rhey Gacula graced the occasion, along with GAD Focal Person and City Cooperative Officer Grace Ramos and her team.The remaining City Scholars will receive their allowance next month.
