Through the collective efforts of various national agencies led by the DILG and the City Government of Candon, a Serbisyo Caravan was held in Barangay Salvador Segundo. The event offered a range of services, including medical and dental check-ups, free slippers, a feeding program, free haircuts and massages, and orientations and briefings from different government agencies.
