1. Every Friday, the Administrative Officer opens the drop box and complies and keep all feedback submitted
2. Feedback requiring answers are forwarded to the City Vice Mayor.
3. The answer of the Office is then relayed to the citizen 
4. (A regular staff meeting is conducted for evaluation and assessment of individual tasks, performance, accomplishments and any feedbacks coming from the clients.)
