City Mayor Eric Singson, City Vice Mayor Kristelle Singson, and the city council welcomed Commissioner Willie Marcial and the Ginebra San Miguel and Rain or Shine teams for a courtesy call. The visit was followed by a heartwarming outreach program, where SPED learners and their families enjoyed a special afternoon with the PBA players.
