This award highlights the exemplary contribution of LGU Candon City to the advancement of Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in the locality and in the country.
On behalf of City Mayor Eric D. Singson, the award was received by SPM Eric Owen Singson, together with TESDA Region 1 Director Joel Pilotin and TESDA Ilocos Sur Provincial Director Larry Dizon.
The award was conferred during the 30th Anniversary celebration of TESDA on August 22, 2024 at the World Trade Center, Pasay City.
