Blessing and Inauguration of DFA, PSA, and CSC Offices City Mayor Eric Singson, Governor Jerry Singson, along with Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Undersecretary for Civilian Security and Consular Affairs Jesus Domingo, PSA OIC-Deputy National Statistician Clemente S. Manaog, Assistant National Statistician Engr. Marizza B. Grande, CSC-1 Regional Director Hedy Jose B. Lardizabal, and the members of the city council, led by City Vice Mayor Kristelle Singson, spearheaded the blessing and inauguration of the DFA Consular office, Civil Registry System (CRS) Outlet, and CSC satellite office. This significant occasion coincided with the birthday celebration of City Mayor Singson.
