City Mayor Ericson Singson and City Vice Mayor Alfonso Singson led the city officials.

Congressman Eric Singson was the main speaker while Vigan City Mayor Eva Marie Medina came over for her welcome remarks and shared some of her city’s main programs and projects.

City Mayor Singson, in his video aided message, explained the city’s programs and projects starting the ELA done in July 2013 held in Baguio City.

Singson said there is a need for short, medium and long term blueprints to achieve our vision/mission particularly as one of the leading economic and trade players of the region.

In the crafted eight point agenda, it listed the safeguarding of well-being of Candonians, Safety and Security, food security, trade and tourism, green governance, efficient built environment, strengthen local autonomy and legislative partnership.
