The Candon City Council showed effectiveness, sincerity and determination when it passed 60 resolutions and 24 ordinances in seven months.
Vice Mayor Alfonso Singson, presiding officer, said of the 60 resolutions, 24 are for social and economics while 21 are for health, sanitation and environment issues and problems.
In the ordinances, 11 were administrative followed by six appropriations and four for social and economic.
All the legislative outputs were geared towards the continuous development of the city and in support to the programs and projects of the executive department headed by City Mayor Ericson Singson, he said.
City Vice Mayor Singson cited among others their legislations actions on social services, infrastructure, economics, agriculture, institutional, health, local legislation and tourism.
