Balingaoan dribblers defeated Darapidap 86- 82 to snare this year’s crown of the city basketball youth tourney held at the Civic Center recently.
It was a see-saw battle until the last two minutes when Balingaoan led by tournament Most Valuable Player Jeamel Custodio proved to be steadier in the end.
Darapidap lost was mainly due to injuries of their key players.
Patpata 2nd came in third place after defeating Bugnay.
