Candon City, under the leadership of City Mayor Eric D. Singson, was honored for the successful passage of its Freedom of Information (FOI) ordinance.
City Councilor Hon. Owen Singson received the recognition, accompanied by City Information Officer and Sports Coordinator Leoncio Balbin Jr. and Information Officer II Engr. Patrick Cortes.
The award was presented on November 28 during the FOI Awards 2025 held at Bellevue Manila, Filinvest, Muntinlupa City.
