Awardees of the CDA National Gawad Parangal 2025 presented their plaques and recognitions to City Mayor Eric D. Singson on November 3 at the Candon City Hall.

The awards highlight the city’s excellence in cooperative development and its commitment to empowering local organizations and communities.

The honorees include:

GRACE L. RAMOS, Outstanding Cooperative Development Officer – Component City Category, 3rd Place

Panangidayew ti Rang-ay of the CDA-Region 1:

– CCDO Grace L. Ramos – Gawad Parangal Regional Nominee

– Candon City Cooperative Development Council headed by Chairperson Efraim Dayap, Plaque of Recognition

– Ilocano Farmers MPC -formerly LPSCC – Gawad Parangal National Nominee

– Darapidap Abadaya Fisherfolks Savings and Credit Cooperative, now AFFMPC– Gawad Parangal National Nominee
