Under the visionary leadership of City Mayor Eric D. Singson, Candon City has once again demonstrated its unwavering commitment to inclusive and compassionate governance by emerging as the Grand Champion in the Regional Search for Excellent Disability-Inclusive Innovation in Region 1.
This award was earned through the hard work and dedication of the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) headed by Alma Gabor, whose programs continue to uplift and empower persons with disabilities through meaningful, inclusive, and innovative services.
Mr. Espiritu Baclayen proudly received the award on behalf of the city during the regional awarding ceremony.
