Candon City proudly hosts the 3rd Leg of the 2025 Philippine Archery Cup, now on its fourth day.
A key highlight of the day was the awarding ceremony for the Age Group Development Program category, which recognized the achievements of emerging young talents in Philippine archery.
Candon City Mayor Eric D. Singson, World Archery Philippines President Bing Reaport, World Archery Philippines Secretary George Garcia, Secretary General Nino Sinco, Philippine Sports Commission Chairman John Patrick Gregorio, and Hon. Ericson Singson, President of the Metro Candon Archery Club and Member of the Ilocos Sur Provincial Board, personally awarded medals to the winners, honoring their dedication and performance.
The ceremony was also attended by Deputy Speaker Kristine Singson-Meehan and Judge Claire Singson, highlighting the strong support from both government and community for youth sports and archery development.
