The City Government of Candon, under the leadership of City Mayor Eric D. Singson, in collaboration with the Metro Candon Archery Club, successfully concluded the three-day 2nd Candon City Mayor’s Archery Cup on September 7.
The tournament gathered nearly 200 archers from Baguio City, Vigan City, San Fernando City, San Carlos City, and the provinces of La Union, Nueva Vizcaya, Tarlac, and Ilocos Norte—making it a remarkable showcase of skill, precision, and sportsmanship.
The awarding ceremony was graced by City Vice Mayor Atty. Kristelle G. Singson, representing City Mayor Eric D. Singson. Also present to show their support were Provincial Board Member and Honorary Founder Ericson Singson, Judge Claire Singson, NTA Director Ray Elaydo, former Provincial Board Member Mildred Elaydo, Secretary General of World Archery Philippines Nino Sinco, Archery Club Coordinator Karen Abaya, and Dr. Ryan Abaya.
